SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. This FID is used for the application of SOAC Programmable Rules when a telephone number is being ported out to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and line shared DSL service is being disconnected at the same time.  Programmable Rules is a SOAC feature that allows a client or Telcordia to write customized rules that are used to manipulate service order entries.
