SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Telephone numbers are activated in the LNP database either in advance of a subscriber request (pre-port) or at the time of a subscriber request (port-on-demand).  Once the service has been provisioned, only the POOL FID (without the Network Subscription Indicator) is allowed on subsequent activity.  Therefore, the data following the POOL FID is not retained on the CSR.
