SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID identifies the telephone number used in an interim LNP arrangement using remote call forwarding. The end retains their original telephone number as the number used for incoming calls, and is assigned a new number to be used for outgoing calls.  The retention of both numbers is required for systems support, e.g., repair problems and creation of directories.
