SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The ISDN PRI Group Number identifies the ISDN PRI Group that carries the signaling, voice and data.  It is composed of the B-channels, the controlling D-channel, and the DS1 facilities controlled by the D-channel. All B-channels and the controlling D-channel of the group must reside on the same switch.  The ISDN PRI Group Number must be unique across an office.
