FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.

    For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the  FEATURE USOC logical line if one of the following combinations of FIDs appear on the same logical line:
      -Primary Number (PN) and Call Appearance (CAPP) (with the CA attribute)
      -PN and Key Designation (KEY)
      -Telephone Number (TN) and Service Profile Identifier (SPID)
      -Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), PN and Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER)

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The All-Call Privacy feature permits the originating subscriber to block calling identity items (i.e., both number and name) for all calls. This feature may be deactivated by a dialed code on a per-call basis.
