FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, X, P, and A order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  3. Section:  IDENT,  Position:  FL
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The code used in the PRJI FID is derived from the content of the Project Indicator (PROJINDR) field of the LSR.
  2. When the PRJI FID content is A (Customer Project), the Project Number (PRN) FID should be used on the same logical line.
  3. When the PRJI FID content is B (Customer/Service Provider Project), either the Service Provider Project Number (PPRN) or the Project Number (PRN) FID should be used on the same logical line.
