FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The absence of an Action Code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) Action Code.  The "I" Action Code is optional on the service order.
  2. T and F orders prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is added to the service order by a locally developed system and is used to route a service order rejected for an error to a another locally developed system for analysis.
