FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. PPSN
    FID and data float on the logical line of the appropriate feature USOC (e.g. PSO MLHG... with USOC for MULTILINE Hunt Group and PSO PVC... with USOC for Permanent Virtual Circuit).
  2. The Data Terminal Number (DTN) FID is required on the same logical line.
  3. ISDN Packet Switched Bearer Service
    Section:  S&E      Position:  FL

    For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the  FEATURE USOC logical line if CLS appears on the same logical line.
  4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. Elements 31 and 32 are redundant with Data Link Connection Identification (DLCI) FID when DLCI appears in a series or range or if element  2 of DLCI appears.

Element Rules:
