FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. For ISDN packet multiline groups in stored program control switches, this FID must be associated with all entries of the floated Hunting- Multiline Group Number (HML) FID, floated Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER) FID, and left hand entry of Hunting-Multiline Group Number (HML) FID, and the Data Terminal Number (DTN) associated with the first terminal number of that group.
2. Section:  ASGM     Position:  FL
   This FID is entered in the Miscellaneous Subset, Central Office Facilities Subset, and Outside Plant Facilities Subset.
3. For Access Service Tariff application, C and T Action Codes cannot be used to change the PTLI data.
4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
5. Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
   X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
