SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The PTPV FID is entered on a calling plan USOC line to denote that a change in Interexchange Carrier is awaiting third party verification.  The Predesignated Interexchange Carrier (PIC) FID, which will ultimately express the verified carrier choice, does not appear on this service order.
2. After third party verification has occurred, a second service order containing the verified PIC FID is used on the assignable line USOC to provision the InterLATA carrier choice.
