FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Access
   C and T Action Codes allowed on Planned Facility accounts only with BHM++ USOC.
2. T, F, X, and P order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. On access service, this FID can be used to denote Busy Hour Minutes on Switched Planned Facility Access and/or per foot increments of cable.
2. This FID can be used to denote the quantity of items of certain specialized services.
