SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is used by SOAC to identify circuits to be provisioned as a rapid activation service, which indicates that the circuit is to be turned up in a shortened interval.  The information will be passed by SOAC to the Telcordia NSDB and TIRKS systems for special processing.
