1. RDN would be applicable for billing the quoted non-recurring charges in effect prior to a rate change.  This application is dependent on Tariff and Legal decision to allow customer billing at the "old" rates.
2. Section : BILL   Position : LH, FL
   BILL Section usage approved for Access Service Tariff application only.
3. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.
4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
