FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. Each circuit or multi-point segment should have a unique REFN beginning with one and increasing by one for each additional circuit.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The REFN may be used by the EC and IC for control and tracking during the provisioning process.
  2. The FID data is reflected on the DLR. If the DLR is in response to an IC ASR, the REFN should match the ASR.
