FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  3. At the time of issuance, this FID was not supported by all Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  Please check with your local OSS staff for processing capabilities (current and/or proposed) for the specific OSS.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The RFF FID is used with the ADRO FID to link outward (disconnect) and inward (add) orders, for designed services, so that the orders may be worked together.  RFF is only used when more than one circuit is on the order.
  2. The RFF FID is for reuse of TIRKS inventoried facilities; RUF is for reuse of the FACS interfaces (all SOAC interfaces except TIRKS).
