  1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. An RPOA will primarily be an interexchange carrier.
  2. When RPOA appears, for any application other than Primary Rate ISDN, the Data Terminal Number (DTN) FID is required on the same logical line.
