FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The Up To Ten Digit Outpulsing (USDO) and Trunk Group (TGP) FIDs are required on the same logical line when the application of RTI is for WATS Access Line (WAL) Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) Service. The RTI FID will float on the Class of Service USOC logical line.
  2. The RTI FID is also applicable to Access Service Feature Group E (intrastate) served from ESS offices. The Trunk Group (TGP) FID is required on the same logical line.
  3. 5ESS
    This FID is also used to specify the Modular Construction (MC) RTI for INWATS and OUTWATS Private Facility Access and for Automatic Route Selection (ARS) Service.
  4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  6. TL1
    The RTI FID is not valid for an analog member of an Electronic Key Telephone System (EKTS).
  7. Plexus 9000
    The RTI FID is used to identify the route name on an Integrated Services Digital Network Primary Rate Interface (ISDN PRI) trunk.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The Route Index Number is obtained from the local Dial Administrator.
  2. RTI use for Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) is manually handled and is not Memory Administration System (MAS) affecting.
