FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. Section:  IDENT,   Position:  LH, FL
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The presence of RTN indicates that the TN is ported back into the original incumbent serving switch of record.
2. When involved operational support systems are unable to determine that a change in provider has occurred (via differencing of the values associated with the Old Service Provider (OLDP) and New ServiceProvider (NEWP FIDs)), Element 1 may be used to indicate if a change in service provider accompaines the change in serving switch.
3. In the Ericsson switch, the presence of the RTN FID will indicate that the POS=Y value should be removed in the switch translations.
