FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. When FID is used on Exchange Access orders it is limited to FGA or WATS type service.
2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action codes prohibited on Access Service orders.
4. In a GTD-5 EAX switch, SBN is provided for hunt group and/or business group members only. The same SBLN value must be assigned to all members in the group that have special billing.
