FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Section:  IDENT,    Position:  LH
    SCA in the non-fielded area always applies to the main system on an account.
  2. Section:  IDENT,   Position:  LH
    This FID appears recapped (no action code) on every subsequent order issued on a system with customer administration until removed.
  3. Section:  S&E,  Position:  FL
    When secondary systems are SCA, the SCA FID is associated with the System Number (SYS) FID.
  4. Section:  S&E,  Position:  FL
    The FID SCA should be associated with the station line entry when the account in which the station line terminates is not equipped for customer administration. The floated SCA data, entered on the terminating account only, allows for the overriding of any edits requiring PBX Station Number (PX) or Telephone Number (TN) entries to be associated with the station line.
  5. Section:  IDENT,   Position:  LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.
