FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Casual toll usage is when a customer accesses a carrier's facilities by dialing 10XXX, rather than using their presubscribed carrier.
2. Selective Carrier Denial cannot be used to block calls using the subscriber's predesignated Interexchange or IntraLATA carrier.
3. ISDN
   When lines with Selective Carrier Denial have the Call Forwarding Feature(s) CFBL, CFBL2, CFDA, CFDA2, CFV or CFV2, the Establish Courtesy Call Attribute (CFBECC, CFB2ECC, CFDECC, CFD2ECC, CFVECC, CFV2ECC) must be selected.  The Establish Courtesy Call Attribute Value must be Answer Required with Confirmation Indication (ANSRQC) or Answer Required with No Confirmation Indication (ANSRQNC).  The above mentioned Call Forwarding Feature Names, Attribute Names and Attribute Values are described in the call Forwarding (CFW) FID.
