The secondary class of service whenever the class of service for a particular order entry differs from the main class of service for the account.

FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

A secondary class of service, when required, is entered behind the SCS FID only in the S&E Section of the service order. The secondary class of service overrides all class of service attributes of the main class of service for logical lines of the order associated with the SCS FID.
SCS is approved for Exchange Service only.
T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
