FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Appointment Code is not allowed with a specific subsequent due date entry. It is required in place of a specific subsequent due date entry when a date cannot be negotiated.
  2. T, F, X, P, and A order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. Section:  IDENT      Position:  F
    Use of a four character year, in the fielded Identification section, requires SOAC local table changes.
  4. Section:  IDENT,   Position:  LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. Section:  IDENT     Position:  F
    The FID SD normally appears in the Due Date (DD) block, in the fielded Identification Section, floating after the DD data entry.  Two or more subsequent due date entries may require the use of the first available line in the non-fielded portion of the Identification Section.
  2. Section:  IDENT     Position:  LH
    The FID is used left-handed when the subsequent due date entries overflow the DD block in the fielded portion of the Identification Section.
