SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The SDLI FID is used for tracking purposes to identify that a line is currently provisioned, or was previously provisioned, as a simulated dry loop.  Simulated dry loop indicates that incoming and outgoing calls are blocked via the use of the Line Class Code (LCC) FID with data of DOT.
