1. Consecutive numbering is not required.
2. This FID is not used when account separation is required or desired for reasons other than specialized rating. See FID DPA or SYS for this purpose.
3. An example of the use of this FID is the sliding scale rating application in Centrex environment.  The primary Centrex location would not carry the FID SEC.  Each additional Centrex location (or group of locations to be rated together) on the same account would carry the FID SEC with a unique number.  This would permit sliding scale rating to begin and end with each additional Centrex location (or group of locations rated together).
