SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The toll charges are recharged to a final bill so that the customer's account does not continue to accrue additional toll charges. Once bill separation has occurred, no other toll charges may be added to this account.  If the provider is unable to collect the unpaid toll charges, these charges will be recoursed back to the carrier they originated from.
  2. The SEPT FID is used to track the number of final bills which have been generated for toll charges on a customer's account.
