FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Section:  S&E    Position:  LH
   The FID is followed by an alphabetic Group Indicator and the Group Numbers in the sequence in which the customer requests the groups to overflow.
2. Section:  S&E    Position:  LH
   FID is prohibited on CABS orders.
3. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
5. SERIES AND RANGE ENTRIES - PROCESSING
   Service Order Analysis and Control System (SOAC) should process series and range data entries using the DUPLICATE algorithm.
6. GTD-5 EAX
   FID is used for manual provisioning of Intergrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface (PRI).

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Simulated Facility is a software device used to simulate physical hardware facilities so as to restrict the number of incoming and/or outgoing connections which can be made. Examples of service using SFG are Wide Area Telephone Service (WATS) lines and Common Channel Signaling Arrangement (CCSA) lines terminating in a Centrex, dial 9 lines for Private Branch Exhange (PBX) service and Network Access Registers in a Centrex System.
2. Simulated Facilities are not applicable to 3ESS or DMS-10 switches.
