FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T, F and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
2. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.
3. SERIES AND RANGE ENTRIES - PROCESSING
   Service Order Analysis and Control System (SOAC) should process series and range data entries using the DISTRIBUTE algorithm.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. When no physical loop exists, the line is not assigned a primary line identifier.  The use of this FID permits each access line to be identified uniquely which is a necessary requirement for WATS Information System.
