FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. Section   ASGM      Position  FL:
    This FID is entered in the Miscellaneous Subset, Central Office Facilities Subset and Outside Plant Facilities Subset.
  2. Section   S&E      Position  FL:
    When both SGN and LTI identify a loop termination, it is recommended that the data behind SGN also be entered behind LTI.
  3. Section   S&E       Position  FL:
    For Access Service Tariff application the data following SGN cannot be changed with C & T Action Codes when SGN is floated on the CKL grouping line.
  4. Section   S&E       Position  FL:
    The FID SGN and data are required to be entered with every CKL on a multipoint Special Access service and with every CKLT other than the CKLT connected to CKL 1. (If SGN is entered with the CKLT connected to CKL 1, it must have the same data entry as the SGN entered with CKL 1.)
  5. T, F and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
  6. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The data entry behind SGN is used to populate the CLCI segment name subfield.
