FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. When this FID is used for Public Packet Switched Network (PPSN), the FID and data float on logical line for Data Over Voice USOC.
  2. When this FID is used for 5ESS ISDN B Channel Packet Service, the FID and data float on the channel assignable line USOC logical line.
