  1. This FID is used in lieu of XPOI (Specific Point of Interface) in TIRKS when it is necessary to override the LSO (Local Serving Office) without populating the APOT (Access Carrier Point of Termination) and SPOT (Secondary Point of Termination) on the DRI (Design Related Information) screen.
