The second occurrence of the data entry denotes the billing rate for additional minutes.

On access services, the billing rate (monetary amount) is carried out to four decimal places for rating purposes. For this Element, the billing rate (monetary amount) is always displayed in cents and hundredths of cents without the dollar sign or decimal. To indicate dollars, five or six numeric characters would be used. For example: 7500 = seventy-five cents; 10000 = one dollar; 100000 = ten dollars. Another way of indicating seventy-five cents would be: 07500 = seventy-five cents.
