FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T, F and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. When the FID SR appears on an interstate order, it is translated to the local order.
2. When SR is used to convey diversification on an entire service, the SR data must include the primary line identifier of the other service involved in the special routing.
   
   When SR is used to convey diversification on only a portion of a service, the SR data must include both the primary line identifier and the portion of the other service involved in the special routing.
3. The FID SR will become obsolete with the implementation of the FID's DIV and AVR in support of Stage II FACS-TIRKS Interface.
