SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The telephone number associated with Simultaneous Ring Service which, when dialed, activates simultaneous ringing of up to three pre-defined numbers (e.g., the customer's cell phone number, the customer's business phone number, etc.). For specification of such pre-defined phone numbers, see also the SRSN FID.
2. The Simultaneous Ring Service telephone number, though dialable, provides access to AIN services and is therefore not a traditional line-assignable customer telephone number.
