FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. In order for the SVCGRP option to be assigned to the line, the line must already have the CNAMD (Calling Name Delivery) option (LASS FID) assigned.
  2. The SVCGRP option must be assigned to a handsfree business set.
  3. The SVCGRP option must be assigned to key 1.
  4. Prior to DMS-100 NA005B, each line may have only one service group or feature group.   If the SVCGRP option is added to a line, then the FTRGRP (BFG FID) option may not also be added to the line.
  5. A SVCGRP name may only be assigned to one Customer group (Centrex Group).

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The SVCGRP option allows options CLI (Calling Line Identification), NAME (Name Display) and REASDSP (Reason Display) to be packaged as a service group.  The service group may be assigned to a line in the customer group (Centrex Group).  The service group is defined by the operating company and specifies which of the three options are included.  The service group cannot have REASDSP without CLI.
