FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. TBE is approved for use on Exchange Service applications only.
  2. T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. On a multiline account, this FID must float following each line USOC on which Toll Billing Exception applies.
  2. FIDs with code set B in the BILL section may only be used on complete nonpay disconnect orders for the purpose of preventing toll fraud billing. When used in this manner, it would apply to all lines on the account.
