FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. When entered in the S&E Section for special or customized intercept systems, TC is not read by Listing Services Systems (LSS) or Loop Maintenance Operations System (LMOS).  However, LMOS will retain TC and its data as narrative on the line record.
  2. Section:  S&E   Position:  FL
A USO Circuit Termination Identification (CTID) is required on the TC FID logical line.  The CTID is comprised of Primary Line Identifier (PLID) plus the small loop termination ID.
  3. T, F, X and A order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
  4. Section:  TFC   Position:  LH
When the transfer of calls "to" number is not specified using any allowable combination of elements 1, 2, 3, a transfer of calls is provided only to the directory number appearing in the fielded TN, if no assignable line inward activity is present in the S&E section.

    Example:

    - - - TFC
    TC      FROM 732 555-1212
  5. Section:  TFC   Position:  LH
When the transfer of calls "to" number is not specified using any allowable combination of elements 1, 2, 3, and there is inward activity of an assignable line USOC in the S&E section, the transfer of calls is applied to the TN of the inward assignable line USOC regardless of the TN in the fielded IDENT.

    Example:

    - - - TFC
    TC      FROM 732 699-5255

    - - - S&E

    TC     732 555-1234  FROM 732 699-5266,
              732 555-6456  FROM 732 699-3188
