SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This feature screens calls from unidentified callers and challenges them to assert that they are not telemarketers before allowing the call to complete. For calls screened as potential telemarketers, a recording is played that instructs the caller to enter a digit to assert that he is not a telemarketer.  Based on the response, the switch will either put the call through or hang up.
