FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. FID is floated after the appropriate line or trunk USOC.
  2. This FID is redundant with Special Toll Guiding (STG) on the same logical line.
  3. This FID is allowed without data to accommodate hotel/motel routing (HMR) in TL1.
  4. The STG FID must be present in the IDENT Section when the Traffic Operator Position System (TOPS) Input/Maintenance Centers require copies of any service orders involving automated time and charge quotation services. The TLC FID will not generate a copy of any service order to TOPS centers.
  5. In a TL1 switch, this FID is not valid for an analog member of an EKTS.
  6. Section: IDENT,  Position: LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.
