  3. This FID is for billing purposes only.  It is not used for provisioning.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used in combination with the SDT FID to generate appropriate recurring and non-recurring charges for ATM and Frame Relay services, in lieu of using USOCs.
