FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. FID must be entered on assignable line USOC logical line.
  2. TPL is approved for use on Exchange Service applications only.
  3. ATIS/OBF-LSR-076, 077, 080, 081 and 122, PULSE field; 081, PO field
  4. T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
