SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

Data entries of 50, 80 and 90 refer to a Service Access Code (SAC) in the form of NYY that takes the place of an NPA in the dialing sequence in order to access a particular service. N is a numeric digit of 2 through 9 and YY is a numeric digit of 0 through 9 (e.g., 500, 533, 800, 877, 888, 900). SAC codes are administered by the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA).
