FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The Loop Maintenance Operations System (LMOS) cannot process TSC as a Primary Line Identifier (PLID). A local work around is required.
  2. FID is prohibited on Special Access and Feature Group A (FGA) Switched Access orders.
  3. C and T Action Codes cannot be used to change the data following the TSC FID.
  4. The Transport Termination Capability (TTC) FID is required with all Switched Access classes of service except for Directory Assistance and Feature Group A.
  5. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
