FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. Element 1 - Code Set 0 (zero) and Element 2 - Code Set 0 (zero) are mutually exclusive. A positive entry of no priority (TSP 00) is prohibited.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  4. Section:  ASGM     Position:  FL

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. TSP codes are assigned by the National Communications System (NCS) under the authority of the Federal Communications Commission and the President.
  2. The use of this FID supersedes the use of the Restoration Priority (RSP) FID with the implementation of the Telecommunications Service Priority System. The RSP FIDon embedded accounts should not be converted to TSP without proper authorization.
  3. The use of this FID is appropriate on any switched or private line service within federal, state, local, or foreign governments, and private industry having National Security Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) telecommunications service requirements and proper authorization.
  4. For the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) basic rate interface, the TSP FID should be associated with the ISDN pipe assignable line USOC if TSP is desired.  For non-ISDN Multiple Appearance Directory Number (MADN), the TSP FID should be associated with the key set's assignable line USOC if TSP is desired.
