FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The TSPs for initializing terminals are composed of a numeric string with hyphens and spaces for readability.  The Generic Interface switch translations do not require hyphens or spaces.
  2. The default TSP is used for non-initializing terminals.  It is composed of an alphanumeric string up to 20 characters consisting of the character "D", followed by a hyphen, followed by the Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI-S/S Serial Number Format (CLS) identity of the interface with which this default TSP is associated.
  3. When a Multiline Hunt Group (MLHG) member is being represented, the MLHG number and the MLHG member number each have data parameters of 0001-2047 and are separated by a hyphen.
  4. Section:  S&E       Position:  FL
    When the TSPD is in MLHG format, the FIDs Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER), Hunting-Multiline Group Number (HML), Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), and Digital Services Network Assignment (DSNA) are required on the same logical line.  When the TSPD format is other then MLHG, the FIDs Telephone Number (TN), Primary Number (PN), and DSNA are required on the same logical line.
  5. Section:  S&E       Position:  FL
    The use of the TSPD FID and the Distribution and Supplemental Assignment (DSA) FID with the code set "IS" on the same logical line is prohibited.
  6. Section:  ASGM      Position:  FL
    This FID is entered in the Central Office Facilities subset.
  7. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  8. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. TL1
    The ISDN MLHG format is not supported for TL1 Release G3.0.  The ISDN MLHG format is supported for manual handling.
  2. The default TSPD value, as displayed following this FID, is not a valid entry for the switch translations.  The translation requirements support an alphanumeric string up to 14 characters consisting of the character "D", followed by a hyphen, followed by the valid switch OE value of the interface with which this default TSP is associated.  Since this information is not available for this negotiator to put on the order, and the accuracy of it cannot be maintained, the CLS identity is used and MARCH will convert the CLS identity into the OE value.
