FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. TL1
    When element 1 code set ICG appears, a combination of elements 3, 4 and/or 3, 4, and 5 are allowed in series up to 16 times. A given intercom address can have up to 16 entries in the list, each with a different Call Appearance Identifier value.
