FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. In a GTD-5 EAX switch, applicable to non-BBG lines, or to denote a feature on a Centrex line shown at the line level rather than at the subgroup level.  On Centrex line level entries, data is not required following the FID.
   
2. In a GTD-5 EAX and TLI switch, data following this FID is always required, so that the MARCH system knows which keyword to set.
3. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
4. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.
5. In a SanteraOne switch, the TWC FID is always used without data.

In the GTD-5 EAX switch, the switch default for Centrex, Multiline Hunt Group members, Coin lines and Customer Owned Coin Operated Telephones (COCOTS) is OFF. For all other line types, the switch default is US, but can be overridden by the value shown in the TWC FID or the RCU FID.
