SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. This FID is used on DLEC line sharing or line splitting accounts to denote the circuit identification assigned by the Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) to the unbundled data portion of the service.  The data following this FID is passed to the DLEC by the ILEC in the ECCKT field of the Local Service Request (LSR).
