The number contained in the UCN1-UCN6 FID must match the number contained in the Unbundled Connection Point 1 Thru 6 (UCP1-UCP6) FID, i.e., UCN1 is related to UCP1, UCN2 is related to UCP2, etc..  It must also match the number contained in the Unbundled Network Element Circuit Identification 1 Thru 6  (UNE1-UNE6) and Unbundled Network  CCustomer name 1 Thru 6 (UNN1-UNN6) FIDs, if present.
