SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The Who's Calling (WC) option is activated when a private/unavailable call attempts to terminate on a subscriber's line that has the feature. WC functionality intercepts the incoming call and sends it to the service node.  The service node records the name of the caller and presents it to the WC subscriber.  The subscriber is then given some options to handle this incoming call, i.e., accept the call or send the call to an announcement.
